How to Effectively Use Your Site

Pre-Party: Use labels on ALL Tupperware flyers, handouts, catalogs,
order forms, business cards, car signs. The object is to give everyone an EASY
way to contact you 24/7

Host Planning: Send your Host a Thank You Email. Include an
Invitation she can send to her friends and family who have email addresses
requesting that they visit her site to preview the flyer and sales. Also note
that if they are unable to attend, that they can contact Consultant or Host for
pre-orders.

Guests: At the party - give out a free gift if your guests signup
for your weekly recipe and sale newsletter. Give them the BENEFITS and tell them
you won't sell or give away their email - You don't like SPAM anymore than they
do.
- Sell Your Site @ Party: Refer to your website at least 4 times per
party. Tell them they can get the recipe, flyer, Modular Mate Chart, Exclusive
Offers ONLY via the website.

Follow Up: Post Party - Send Host and Guests a Thank You email for
Hosting/Attending the party. Offer them a post-party sale. (Example: Free
shipping on next phone or email order over $40 - make sure to have EXPIRATION
date.

FAIRS/BOOTHS: Give away party gifts or coupon to those who signup
for your newsletter. Put email address on forms for prizes. Tell them that
winner will be notified via EMAIL.

Cold Calls: When you receive a call for a flyer or catalog - ask
them for their email address so you can send them a coupon via email. Tell them
you will follow up after they receive their HARD copy of the flyer/catalog - but
feel free to preview them ONLINE

Old Leads: If you have old email addresses - send them a
complimentary newsletter or coupon. Put a SUBSCRIPTION link on the bottom of
EVERY email you send out.
- Friends and Family: Keep them posted on ALL specials. They KNOW
you sell Tupperware. Do you KNOW what is on their wish list. Can you send them
specials and get them to order directly off your website when those items are on
sale.

Newsletters: Send out weekly newsletter with links back to your
website. We all get weekly emails from subscriptions we like (example: JCPenney,
Wal-Mart) We may not buy every time - but we will buy when we see what we like.
Make SURE to be consistent and ask them to forward to their friends.
