Once someone submits the form - it goes to my secure server. I host the form on a paid secure server (https://) and distribute for you. This saves you the cost and time of designing your own form and hosting fees. This is a FREE additional add-on to your website enhancement service.

The recruit will put your email or name on the form and it auto-sends you an EMAIL.
The email will say TUPPERWARE CONSULTANT REGISTRATION AGREEMENT FORM RESULTS in the subject line.

 
Reply back to me (design@siteimpressions.com) that you received recruit and I can then remove them from the server.

We will be tweaking the form to get the best responses and place in the best locations to help you get MORE recruits.

You may contact RECRUIT to collect Credit Card and Social Security Information via phone, setup GO party, training, and Rally dates.

Tupperware has sent notices that PAYPAL, Credit Card, and Social Security numbers are NOT to be collected or processed via forms that are used for Tupperware recruiting, fundraising, and ordering. We have complied and received approval for the form as it is shown.

Note: Make sure that all email from siteimpressions.com, with RECRUIT in subject line, or from formsite.com is allowed via your email filters. If you are unsure - check with your email program HELP page. Once this is automated - you will receive most forms via formsite.com unless  they do not add your email - your username - or put NONE as who their Sponsor is.

Any form that has NONE for Sponsor will be forwarded to my closest client for processing. Please do NOT fill out form to sample it as it fills up my inbox with unnecessary forms that I then have to confirm are legit and forward as needed.
