How to fix the error when viewing your site

Your website is up and functioning correctly from a design point of view.
Your problem is a setting on your computer or browser and can usually be fixed very easily with one of the options below.

If you cannot view the entire website - you may have one of a few settings blocked on your browser. The easiest fix is the following
  • FIX #1

    Browser:

You can try to REFRESH (F5) your webpage while in your browser. If that does not work then try this
    • START
    • CONTROL PANEL
    • INTERNET OPTIONS
    • (In Category View) NETWORK AND INTERNET OPTIONS
    • INTERNET OPTIONS (bottom right column)
    • INTERNET PROPERTIES - GENERAL TAB
    • (center of window) TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES - Click SETTINGS
    • Check EVERY VISIT TO PAGE
    • If that did not work - you may have a firewall, internet security block, or other feature.

  • FIX #2

    Browser Security:
    • START
    • CONTROL PANEL
    • INTERNET OPTIONS
    • (In Category View) NETWORK AND INTERNET OPTIONS
    • INTERNET OPTIONS (bottom right column)
    • INTERNET PROPERTIES - SECURITY TAB
    • TRUSTED SITES - CLICK SITES BUTTON
    • Add http://my.tupperware.com, http://my2.tupperware.com, http://tupperware.com to your trusted sites list
    • Unclick [require server verification] button as these are not secure sites and don't need verification
    • Click CLOSE
    • Close and Open Browser - See if you can view Tupperware site
    • If you cannot see site at this time - see other methods below

  • FIX #3
    • Diagnosis:
      • If you are able to see the page when using a different computer, personal firewall software or ad blocking software may be preventing your computer from displaying, or obscuring portions of the site.
      • On the computer that did not allow you to see the whole site, try disabling any ad blocking features of your internet security software or firewall.
      • Norton Internet Security Changes
      • McAfee
        Cause:
McAfee Internet Security is blocking IFRAME tags in webpages.

        Solution:
Disable the Privacy Service and Ad Blocking features in McAfee.

Right-click the McAfee icon by your system clock.
        Click Privacy Service.
        Click Disable.
A window appears. Enter the Administrator password.
        Click OK.
The McAfee icon turns black in color until you enable Privacy Service.
To re-enable McAfee Privacy Service, follow the steps outlined below.

Right-click the McAfee icon by your system clock.
        Click Privacy Service.
        Click Enable.

  • FIX #4:
    • Contact Tupperware to see if they are showing any errors. If they are not they may walk you through methods to refresh your page, clear your cookies, or other methods that have worked for them in the past. They may also refer you to your local computer specialist as it is not a hosting, server, or design error, but a setting on your machine that blocks you from viewing certain sites determined by your security or firewall settings.
